My recent stay at Victoria House was great! The location was ideal, with easy access to all the attractions in the city. The security measures put in place made me feel safe and comfortable during my entire stay. The wifi connection was strong and reliable, allowing me to stay connected with friends and family. The landlord/manager was friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. Despite a minor issue with the cleanliness upon arrival, the landlord promptly addressed the situation by offering a refund for the first night and sending a cleaner the next day. Although I didn't receive the small compensation promised, I appreciate the effort made to rectify the situation. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay!

The hotel had a lovely, cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The decorations were charming and reminded me of my own house, with beautiful floral wallpaper and tastefully placed antique furniture. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior. I also appreciated that there were no stairs to climb, as this made it much more accessible for me.

I would have preferred if the children working there had been a bit more attentive. Just a little more care and attention to detail would have made for an even better vacation for us seniors.

The room at Victoria House was super cozy, with a lovely atmosphere that made me instantly feel at home. The portable fans were a lifesaver during the hot weather, and the blackout drapes helped me sleep like a log. Perfect for someone like me who values comfort and a good night's rest.
